Anisa Allen is a native of Albania and is fluent in Albanian. She graduated summa cum laude from Wayne State University in 2008 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Studies. Anisa attended Wayne State University Law School from 2008 – 2011. While attending law school, she was the recipient of the Honors Award in Legal Research and Writing, served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Dennis N. Powers, and interned at the International Institute of Metropolitan Detroit, a legal aid clinic providing immigration legal services.
Anisa was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011 and is an active member of the Oakland County Bar Association and Albanian American Bar Association. Following law school, Anisa continued practicing immigration law before moving onto a mid-size Plaintiff’s litigation firm handling first party no-fault claims, third-party bodily injury claims, and general negligence claims, including premises liability.
Anisa joined Hackney Grover in 2016 as an associate specializing in all aspects of No-Fault defense practice. Her experience as a Plaintiff’s attorney provides a unique and informed perspective regarding not only the defense of No-Fault and personal injury claims, but also the valuation of such cases. Anisa has extensive experience in taking depositions, motion practice and all forms of mediation and has developed a reputation in the legal community for obtaining outstanding results for her clients.
Anisa is happily married and the proud mother of two children.
