Jennifer graduated from the University of Michigan–Flint in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism. Thereafter, she attended law school at the Michigan State University College of Law, where she was a merit scholarship recipient and earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, in 2014.
During law school, Jennifer was a member of the Family Law Moot Court Team, where she competed at a national level. She also clerked at a personal injury firm and externed at the Michigan Attorney General Department of Civil Rights in Detroit, Michigan.
Jennifer is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Insurance and Indemnity Section. She is admitted to practice in the State of Michigan and the Federal Eastern District Court of Michigan. She is also certified as a civil facilitative mediator under MCR 2.411.
Since graduating law school in 2014, Jennifer worked extensively in insurance litigation, including working as an attorney at Michigan’s largest personal injury firm. She has a passion for advocating for her clients and obtaining the best results as quickly as possible. At Hackney Grover, she works in the Troy office and focuses her practice on insurance defense.
