Loretta Subhi is an accomplished attorney with over 20 years of experience practicing law. Her expertise includes Medical Malpractice Litigation, Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation, including appellate practice with experience in the Michigan Court of Appeals, Michigan Supreme Court and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Loretta has also been a presenter at seminars for physicians, residents and medical students regarding protecting themselves against medical malpractice claims, what to do when they have been sued and how to conduct themselves during depositions. She has also been a presenter for attorneys regarding reviewing medical records.

In 2008 Loretta received the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating of “BV” – the maximum rating a lawyer who has been practicing for at least nine years can achieve, indicating high to very high legal ability and the highest ethics.

Loretta graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1988. She graduated magna cum laude from Albion College in 1985.

Loretta is also involved in her community volunteering with a variety of organizations including Habitat for Humanity and homeless shelters, coaching basketball and numerous activities with her church and her daughter’s school.
