Stephen Foucrier received his Juris Doctor degree Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2016. He received his bachelor of arts in history, minoring in anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2008. Mr. Foucrier was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2017.

During law school, Mr. Foucrier worked as a judicial extern for Hon. Thomas P. Boyd of the Ingham County 55th District Court; as a student law clerk for the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS); and as a law clerk for two civil litigation firms. Also as a student, Mr. Foucrier participated in MSU’s Geoffrey Fieger Trial Practice Institute, which is a rigorous two-year litigation focused program. Following graduation, Mr. Foucrier served as judicial law clerk/court officer to Hon. Rosemarie E. Aquilina of the Ingham County 30th Circuit Court.

Mr. Foucrier primarily focuses his practice in the areas of defense in personal injury actions involving no-fault third-party automobile negligence, no-fault first party automobile, premises liability, and some general negligence and insurance law, as well as construction law.
